Now, that is what JD told me and I purposely never publicly commented on the possibility of dilution. I did send a couple PM's that (imo) the dividend was not going to happen.

Here is where the company runs into problems created when the CEO shared information with just one shareholder and not too ALL shareholders at the same time. JD immediately put you in danger of insider trading had you acted on this information, he wasn't doing you any favors there. The moment that he gave you the information he also put ALL other shareholders at an immediate dissadvantage, wasn't doing anyone there a favor either. JMHO

You mention that you only sent a couple of pm's detailing the information that you had received. My question is what was the gurantee that these two pm's would not multiply and be sent to many others that might not have the same moral compass as you that would have acted on the info in a heartbeat?
