LOL, WUTS so funy about that question? If you really think it is a funy question you had better go invest in gold mines. There are Oil Promoters who will eat your lunch. It has been going on for years. just like Shady was talking about. A promoter will try selling a "deal next to a producing well when there is no way in heck oil or gas is under where you are paying to drill.
