I don't think anyone has ever been involved in a cash buyout here in subpenny land. They just don't happen. I've heard it rarely happens, but I'm wondering more if it ever happened. Especially with this kind of profit margin.

It is somewhat comical how everyone of them never seem to work. They already have their reason stated right in the PR. The counter offer did not meet their 0.005 price.

If you ask any investor we are salivating at the price and would demand it goes through. Maybe we are not seeing what the preferred shareholders are paying.
