Mike, don't be an idiot and actually read and understand what I said next time.

My opinion: There is dilution. There will be dilution. And it does have positive effect in long run as dilution with CASH will mean someone with cash believes in the value. And if that someone is the former Favrille investors that would even be better. I would be 100% ok with dilution and have a market cap of $XXX millions than were we are today (well, most likely anyway). So, actually I am supportive of hte stock, but yep, glad I didn't get in at 36 cents mind you... That had no rational basis in my mind even in the euphoria of a 'life changing stock".
