Lucky, your opinion is respected, I would LOVE to know the inside happenings of the suit, but legally I'm not entitled to know as I'm not one of the parties. All I can do is hope for the best.

As for my feelings, I've already lost almost everything I've put into this stock...what's a bit more at this point? It's not worth it to me to realize my losses when this market is beginning to take off. I gambled with a penny stock and it bit me hard. However, I am confident something will happen, and when I hit my breakeven point - or close to it - I will re-evaluate the company and its financing and decide whether or not to pull the trigger this time. but until then I'm sticking this out, sink or swim.

Unless you're Marty McFly you can't change the past - so keep an eye out for the opportunities of the future.
