Jel2maine....sorry to disagree, but your post said that omnisat entrance started bidding war. That's not relevant. Whether the asset sale was direct to a single party or the result of competitive bid has no bearing on Liberty. The decision to do an asset sale is what keeps Liberty engaged, which is what I've said all along. It doesn't matter. And for shareholders, the only thing that matters is Liberty getting a restructure to preserve the NOLs. Other than that, none of it matters, unless the asset sale was for a huge sum....enough to pay off Liberty and other secured creditors, leaving something for common shareholders, a completely unlikely event. I'm sure it's done by now, whatever it is, and we'll find out later today or tomorrow. Hope Liberty buys the whole thing.....not good odds though.
