Maybe he takes some of his profits from the sale and reinvests back into ATNP now that it has bottomed out. He will find another company, pump it so that ATNP goes up, sell his shares and invest in the new company. Once he builds it up, he will put it on the open market. Percentage of proceeds from the sale get reinvested back into ATNP once it bottoms out to repeat.
Maybe if we understand how he operates we can invest accordingly for our profits. I don't like what is happening here, but this only because I played it wrong the first time around. Now that I've seen the phases, I am hoping to have a second more successful round of trading.
We haven't lossed GOTV completely yet. There is still the slightest possibility for a merge.
