I just want to know the truth. There is nothing wrong with that. If there is no fraud I will be happy for those who actually make money on this. I would also like to know about the structure of the deal to buy HM3. Does Tim take over 4% of ebit plus his salary as he has with other companies? How did IHSN buyout HM3 when their 1Q10 shows $800 in cash and debt of over $1m?
I am always ready to buy into a company if I can see facts on paper, instead of hearing how they have family values or how nice Christmas will be.
Just the facts please!
