Are you saying since the 'system' was easy, it is justified and acceptable to take advantage of the 'system' which we know now that M&M took full advantage of AND ripped off you and anyone else investing in spng. Thus M&M are not responsible for their crimes against investors because the system failed and was easy to scam? And the system failed because it allowed you and other people to invest in spng and not protect you? Thus you and other investors are not culpable because of that easy 'system'.
