Imo he gifted them to AJW.....they gave him finacing under FHAL in return they got shares there could sell if the stock dropped to certain levels.....so they play this game before where they short the stock all the way down to the conversion pps then acitivate there shares and cover there short or at least have that as insurance to cover them.......but opps fhal did a mereger the stock took off and AJW was screwed......let's see the trading records
