The way I see it is that it was explained here before on the this board that the reason SDVI got involved in the Oil Wells was to have assets to secure loans or ect. ( have assets) Also SDVI will and are receiving payments for the last batch of games that have been sold for the last 6-9 months . Also cash infusion deal of 5 million. IMO this was bait to get people to sell or go short , We really don't know what is going to happen with the increase of shares for instance they could be retired tomorrow . Then what happens to the PPS. JMO but I don't think the CEO is stupid or wasteful.
