The Incorporation of ValiMed as a Private Nevada Corporation is the best bet for MP and associates, IMHO.

The New Asset Purchase Agreement between CDEX and the newly created ValiMed Corporation will transfer all remaining "viable technology" into it. IMHO.

CDEX filing for Bankruptcy will free it from the 37,000 unwanted shareholders and all shares will be canceled, IMHO.
