The big bash was the prefered shares that existed, well those don't exist anymore.

Us shareholders vote via proxy now for any share issuances, authorized raises, etc.

They know this but they didn't "get in" when the prices were lower, so they will attack and smear forever because they have no lives. That has been proven for over five years. OMDA smearing, even if not deserved at present is their obsession.
