This shows the recent filing is not ACCUMULATIVE but what was obtained this filing at 001...

The 188,070 was attained from the filings with the SEC. The May 28 figure is from the PR and confirmed by multiple posts and calls to the TA.

Now I ask you, who are the two investors that got these great deals?

NOBODY.....

on 4/09 the O/S was 575m shares +-, hence 945m shares diluted (1.520b - 575m) divided into $188k ($ raised) = .000198941 (average selling price)

so for him to say the average selling share price was .000226272 is way to generous and off by well over 10%..

Maybe not 0003......0004-0005 at least....Your probably right....A 3 print will probably happen. If so....A long lower triple 0 channel may take place.

IMHO the company should defend itself instead of 'counting' on their shareholders to do this! Where are all the Q's that were due, form 3's, no raise in A/S, what will be next? Shareprice reflects the commitment from the management of the company allright. Oh right, they are an electively reporting pinksheet! Remember this statement from JD in a PR: thanks to our shareholders which we would not have survived this economic crisis... IMO they should have THE MORAL OBLIGATION TO FILE!

AND YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO SELL.....
