Can someone please help me obtain a better understanding
of the business relationship between Mineseeker and Quasar? Is Quasar looking to buy Mineseeker, or are they attempting to obtain a controling interest in Mineseeker by investing heavily in their stock? I believe the appeal here is Mineseekers radar technology that is able to pinpoint landmines from the air. I'm just looking to get a better understanding of the business relationship, and how Quasar shareholders can benefit. I see that Bradly gifted them 1.4 Million dollars, but I'm not sure how that benefits the shareholders of Quasar at this juncture.
