Is SEO getting ready to buy out the minority shareholders? How many shareholders do you think would jump at an offer of $ .75 to $ 1.00 per share?

With all the legal advice he has in place. I would think he pulls the trigger after the AIM is established and he moves his corporate headquarters to Abuja becoming an instant Nigerian indigenous play.

What legal problems do you think he will have after he offers current shareholders a 300 - 400% premium for their shares.
