When companies sell shares, there is a record of it...filings at least. And anyways, the T/A at the time said their was no dilution going on at all during that period. Perhaps the T/A was in on it? Is that what you are saying? On the other hand, MA sold 50M shares...is that what you mean? Are going blame RPH for that too? Why don't you try blaming MA...that would be refreshing. BTW, try finding a registration statement for those shares...your going to be in for a shock. Don't get me wrong...I'm not trying to protect RPH. I'm not trying to protect anybody. Perhaps I'm unique in sense as far as this board is concerned. I would like to see ALL conspirators caught and their ill gotten gains taken from them. The one-track anti-Rufus cult is no better than the one-track pro-Rufus cult, IMO.
