they would also have to worry about shipping to thousands of different customers and different places in the world...if you can do large volume to specific retailers it makes life much easier in terms of shipping and then it leaves it up to the store employees to learn the product and answer any questions regarding the logs...imagine having an online store with a brand new product with 1000 people asking different questions about it...they would have to hire people to answer all kinds of phone calls which also equals more money...just my thoughts
