I sent Merle an email last week regarding the very topic of the past few days- communication. I was a bit dissapointed with his initial response regarding a shareholder address, and worse, the same tired response to greater transparency.

Merle,

It's been some time since we have spoken and I hope you and your hand are doing well wink

Would Scott consider releasing a comprehensive update outlining the company's progress to date, including future milestones and long-term goals? Many longs are becoming impatient with the lack of attention the stock and company are receiving in the market. Everyone is in agreement about the potential value of our niobium properties and respect Scott and you immensely, however, most see a need for better and more frequent communication. There is certainly no need to pump, simply sharing facts about Sarissa and niobium (in laymen terms). I strongly encourage you and Scott to consider issuing a shareholder address to raise awareness about our great company, and ease investor concerns.

Tell Scott there is nothing wrong with totting your horn when you have the goods! Our niobium train is equipped with one big-ass horn- let's use it to tell the world about Sarissa Resources!

All the best,

XXXX,

Until we get a new audience I don't think that would help much.

Work continues XXXX.

Merle,

What will be the catalyst then to attract a new audience? Considering we are limited largely by not having audited financials, by being underfunded, and a pinksheet company; how will Scott attract new blood without raising awareness? Merle, it is important for existing ,as well as, potential investors to know the state of the business and logical next steps. Frankly, you potentially have one of the largest niobium properties in the world, but you would not know it.

Work continues on what? Drilling? At this point, does it makes more economic sense to do a JV to expedite the remaining drilling program- which could potentially take 2-3 more years if funded internally?

XXXX,

Scott doesn't talk about anything except completed work.

Work is going on and when there is completion there will be news.
