There is never just one treatment for a disease, and the one most often employed will be the one most effective and cheapest. So, even if Tekmira is successful and is approved for Human use, that doesn't prevent NNVC from developing its own treatment. However, it does mean that Ebola-Cide will be lowered in its priority.
