The current share structure consists of all the stock issued over the past 4 years. They have never reverse split under this management/ticker...

When it was trading at much lower levels small amounts of $$ raised resulted in large amounts of stock.... WNBD needed $$$ to survive, so they had to do it. NOT raising $$$ = end of company.... However, since that time dilution has been decreasing and they are on the verge of a very large sales spurt IMO.

Decreasing dilution and increasing sales is what smart money looks for in a young speculative/emerging company. Most pennies raise $$$ and never show any results, WNBD has raised $$$ and positioned themselves wisely. This is the difference here and why it holds higher long term lows.

The amount of shares issued means nothing by itself, companies are not valued by the O/S... They are valued by their market cap.

Look at the share structures of these 2 other mature consumer product companies... Not saying WNBD will become a giant like these, but it's proof that having a 1.4 billion O/S is not a big deal if the company becomes highly profitable.

I believe that WNBD has a very good chance of a $100,000,000+ market cap one day. Its currently worth about $15,000,000... If this is achieved, dilution will continue to reduce to a trickle.
