I believe it is a good buy out candidate now. Anything else that Nazir has in the pipe line is just a bonus, and you know he has something else in there. I really like Nazir. He appears to be a very honest CEO. From my research, he hasn't changed the share structure for a year now. If that doesn't tell folks something about the CEO of the company, I'm not sure what will.
