I don't really know what filing the fins if they stink(which I think they do) will affect the stock price. But one thing is that it would eliminate the guesswork on the part of shareholders to decide whether they want to be a part of this or not. If the fins were filed they would be a great tool for seeing if any of the pr's that were issued last year had any truth in them or if they were just attempts by the company to pump the price and sell shares.JMHO

I think that the companies most profitable product is shares and they have a bunch of those and if they run out there is always the option of printing some more and saying that they bought a new Skillsaw and a Craftsman router or two.JMHO

The answer to your original question: Not much!!!!!!!! My opinion is that this is one dead duck!!
