Nevertheless, I am sure that they will make some kind of efforts to file the 10K on or before court date, since I believe that that is the only thing that might be able to save them and bring light to the drama (if they will do that, BIG IF).

Springroll (#321077) because it is stock market the pps is sub-cent. On the other hand, that is why I am attracted to this stock. One needs to wait to the hearing date in court which will reflect to pps immediately when a decision will come. In addition, since it is stock market, we use it to make money, and the court as a vehicle to help the pps up or down. We bet it will be up.
Done all the way to 321134 – I had few private emails with few bloggers that reminded me that in an article on the NY TIMES the directors told the public that they will be vindicated by the end of month. Interesting. End of month today, Ok it is holiday, so are they going to release info by pre-market – I DO NOT THINK SO. Nevertheless, I do think that to invest in the stock for a period of at least 6 months will be fruitful.
