Wow, you really took me apart. First, all investors invest on hearsay. PRs are hearsay, news reports are hearsay. Unless you are hearing from the CEO or other applicable person directly, you are dealing with hearsay. Second, yours and Mikeys argument that when we invest we have to expect changes, failures, etc. That is true, but you almost shockingly neglect to mention that JD has never mentioned anything about any such changes or failures... he just puts out PRs or word through conversations and emails that great things are in the works... and then never addresses them again... So, changes, curveballs, etc. I can deal with, but making believe those changes and curveballs never happened or never addressing them, I have a problem with. Third, I love it when people act as though legal action is something that should be frowned upon. America is a country of laws. You and Mikey and many others loves to spout about how it is so risky investing in pinks. True, but did it ever dawn on you that by doing something when a scam or an illegality takes place, it will make it better for all... it will make those in the future think twice about acting in the same way. Fourth, check Mikey's post... he said lotto ticket and gamble. At least read his post before you defend it. Finally, I am not saying SYMW is a scam. I am saying that it appears that JD may have crossed the line when he said certain things, causing some to invest on either false or misleading information. I still have a large investment, so I am hoping for the best. But, again, if JD or anyone else crossed the line, why should we just chalk it up to 'hey it's a pink.'
