What was it after?

If it was 1 share more(which we both know it was well over that) then your statement that they raised 2 million dollars "with NO dilutive effect on the share structure" was 100% false.

Instead of trying to twist it, just admit it was false and move on.

Your statement was not "they raised 2 million dollars and there are still fewer common shares than back yonder"

Math doesn't lie. As I said, Dilution is dilution. Can't be twisted.
