Who knows as all the information we hear inn the quarterlys is already outdated. He could have used them for acquiring HM3 or he could know the proven track record of the leadership at HM3 and be holding out for a $1.00 or better and become an instant billionaire with this stock backed by HM3. One thing I am sure of about Chris Winter is that he is an Investment Banker, who has a family, and after several converations with him I believe he would not do anything dishonest. that he will disclose what needs to be disclosed or has to be disclosed by SEC or other government regualtions if and when the time is appropriate. I also know we all hate to wait and want to know everything know not later due to the internet age, but that is not the way it works with pennies or large cap stocks. Patience is requried here and it is very evident from the last PR with forbes that this company is only taking on top notch talent to promote its products. And remember we alos have the Tony Little product which should also be out soon. So me personally I have faith, the patience requried and will continue to acquire at these prices (with such a low float) because when it takes off it is gonna be in leaps and bounds not baby steps and you know its HARD TO STOP A TRAIN or MOMO!!
