Is it because of the debt load of RNWF, that they would want a reverse merger. You mentioned this is a clean shell, which is great and they could be very attractive to a private company wanting to go public. Is the other company a private company that wants to go public? That would be a win-win deal. I am new here haven't followed the rumors.
