the company is fine

How on earth can you say that??? This is the one in a trillion example I was talking about. So the PPS has tanked and the company has diluted by 200% in just over a year, a huge amount of which was sold at less than .0003, and yet this has happened because the company is fine????

They lost 940k in 2008 which 700k of was posted to the 2nd half of the year. Gee which numbers from 2009 are we waiting on??? Oh yeah the SECOND HALF.

There are only two scenarios here regarding those financials. They are done and being hidden (something we have proof JD has done in the past) or they aren't done and that means the company is floundering along without a clue how things are going. Either scenario shows that the company is not fine.

Oh wait. oops. I forgot about the possibility that JD is being forced to keep them hidden because a company wants to buy them out for 12 times the market rate on the condition that JD not release the numbers until the buyer's advisor from the star system nebulus gets a look at them. He is currently hung up on saturn fixing the continuum transfunctioner on his spaceship.

I can't prove that this scenario isn't true, so we should wait right? Or maybe even average down?

if there was a pr about the company making money and explained everything it would still be said on the board that it was bs.

You bet it would be said. It SHOULD be said. Without a filing to go along with it it would be nothing more than crafty posturing. It is just like the whole share ownership scenario. JD loves to tell people he has never sold. It is free to file documentation of his holdings with the SEC. Why has he not already done it? It defies reason and sanity if it is for any reason other than he trades his shares. We know he wassn't too busy to file because he was wasting his time talking to message board posters for hours upon hours.
