Im am not at all confused about shorting...in any form. I don't like any of it and I don't believe that any form of shorting is at all necessary for the trading of stocks, the market making of stocks, or does it in any way help to build companies or help long-term investors (who invest because they believe in a company, they think the price is good, they want their investment to grow...as well as the company they've invested in).

Once again...it is my very strong opinion...which I will seek to prove with facts...that all shorting does (even if, it is a legal form of shorting) is steal money from long and actual investors and the companies they've invested in. So, in essence...shorting in all forms...steals and destroys!
