First, this is ihub! and ihub is interested in helping us all have a better understanding and ,more kn0wledge about the stocks we are interested in.My favorite ihub poster is Birdman Bob. Why? Because that is exactly why i use iHUB. I need information, not just random posts and unrelated comments.
So, therefore, exactly like Birdman Bob, I am going to stick to the point and speak about making money through an iHUB listed stock...KATX.
First, Birdman Bob has three very huge things going for him!
A. He is an honest man and the truth is very vital to him.
B. He is very wise and he knows a lot even though he doesn't get an "A" in spelling.
C. He has a sense of humor.
Now, to the money and the stock listed here on IHUB!
Let me quickly add that even though I am Jewish, I am very familiar with the famous Christmas lyrics..."On the first day of Christmas my true love gave to me..."
That's how I feel about Bob's posts EACH PROOF IS A GIFT!!!
Bob wrote, "#1. Vale got its Massive Leases around the N. and South Lucky Properties just 7 days after the November pr from Kat witch I find (NOW) very exciting “even if I was not impressed at the time.”"
My comment on this first proof of KATX being a great stock is, Bob wrote the truth. He wrote," I was not impressed at the time " so Bob is telling it straight. He just didn't know enough.....THEN (yet).
Bob wrote, " POINT#2. The total Acreage or square Kilometers Vale has on the Bonivista ((Surrounding)) the ((Greatly Enlarged)) N. and S. Lucky Properties is double that of the VALE INCO Voisey Bay Properties ((((DOUBLE)))"
My comment on this is, this proves to me that Vale was VERY interested in this particular property for a good reason, not just to throw away money.
Bob wrote, "POINT#3. Vale Inco had Five long months “that we previously agreed Vale had it’s own drill team and could test drill the lucky property at it’s leisure” so we can agree that Vale knows aprox. What is there by now."
My comment is that Bob is right on the money! Vale is not a company of fools! If they own that property and had the time and opportunity to drill on it, and then decided to buy more property in the exact same area, it is for an extremely profitable reason!!
Bob wrote, " POINT#4. In a email reply to me from ken Stead regarding the Cornerstone History concerning the Lucky Properties we learned that Lucky was supposed to be drilled …also a Drill crew was brought to the site……..and during a storm and approaching Christmas back in the 70’s this Drill Crew abandoned it’s efforts to continue the Drilling."
My comment is that we should read this proof # 4 again CAREFULLY!
It means that they stopped any effort to drill in 1970's. Hey guys, that's 30 to 40 years ago. Is there anyone who thinks that the precious metals there, dissolved over those 30 to 40 years?
POINT #5, "We can safely say that the Lucky Properties “as far back as the 70’s had a substantial amount of work done on them that they were brought to the point that they were ready to Drill."
Yes again Bob! Why would a company stay with the same property and never sell it over 35 years?! Guess what? Vale has not been sitting on their hands.
POINT #6. "In April “after having many months to discover what the Bonivista contains/or does not contain Vale adds 6 brand new claims along the coast line just outside the Cornerstone Properties.
My comment is, why would a famous and huge company like VALE want to make even more claims (SIX more claims) right in the same area? Obviously (i.m.o.), because they have a great reason to continue buying again and again!
POINT # 7. We also know that Vale Inco signed a ((Option Agreement)) with Cornerstone on the Bonivista tying up all the properties there.
My comment is, HELLO? Let's wake up! Why would VALE want to tie up all those properties excliusively through a special deal??!
POINT #8. Vale in this Cornerstone Option Agreement has a very Minimal Pmt. And Work commitment during the first few years of the agreement."
My comment is, how come suddenly VALE is intensely interested in the same property? For nothing??????? For no reason??????
POINT#9. I know the new Geoligest also worked on the Lucky Properties during the Cornerstone Days.
My comment is, Does anyone think that they got a new geologist just spend some money? Of course not! Come on fellows!
POINT#10 This same (brand new) Geoligest also did help to prove up the worlds biggest find of Nickle/Copper ((ON THE VALE INCOProperty at Voisey Bay))…
Obviously, this geologist is an expert! They didn't just go to the Yellow Pages and look up, "geologist." They wanted the best!!!!
POINT#11. It was just confermed by Kat Exploration that this same Geologic ((World Renounded Expert)) “””IS””” going to be working on the Lucky N. and S. as well as the Rusty Ridge nPeoperties this summer.
My comment is, There you have it!!!! This guy is hired and is now working for VALE. They are a progressive and aggresive company!

My comment is, VALE opened offices right there in Newfoundland!!! Certainly we can easily figure out why!!!
Finally, I say to the few people who doubt KATX...If you want to be self destructive...go ahead, it's your life, your business, your choice and your money!
However, when you start kicking yourself for not believing that the truth will set you free, don't complain to IHUB or to Bob. Just grab the nearest mirror.
