If I calculated it right, Anthony Cerami roughly still will have around 8.7 million shares of the company, after that insider sale of around 790,000 or whatevevr it was goes through. So maybe you're right, he just needs some money.

Who is Carla Cerami Hand? She's made some pretty big sells in her past to. Cerami Hand... would that be like Learned's daughter, and she's married to Anthony Cerami? LOL, just weird she has both those names.

I'm getting this all from the Yahoo page. There's another $2.1 million dollar take Anthony CeYami made, last April. Sure it's just a spelling error. He's taken some good profits the past 9 months though.

Must be nice having all those shares.
