hmm until this gets into the pennies, im not very impressed.. LOL I hope this merger dont flop into the gutter.. all this double zero business is lame... just have to see how the below comments turn out:

Our discussions with a number of strong, China-based candidates continue. We sought out candidates with substantial assets and solid business models to vend in as the main subsidiary. Just as we publicized, our agents are on their way to China as we speak. They will negotiate and conduct the initial due diligence with the targeted Chinese candidates in the upcoming weeks. We should see where these negotiations stand by the end of the month. One of these candidates will represent the "core" subsidiary of the UWRL.
