That wouldn't work. Because this seller is not a short. They don't want to fraudulently drive price down towards their original placement price.. They structured a 100M share/package for PC to promote pps so they can make money.


But if they enjoy losing money then the goal target of their placement price would make sense, but in reality any "naked shorting" is as much of an enemy to this seller as it is to us the "people"
