"who has material nonpublic information" would mean a trade based on insider information. We all know that is a no no. Maybe it is Ok for an employee to buy sell as long as it is not based on insider information? Most of the sales force would not have inside info from the company to trade on. However, if a sales person were to land a big account, like say APPLE, and they knew APPLE was about to launch a big ad blitz using the Go800, then that sales person would be in a situation where they would own material Nonpublic information. If they were to buy stock just before the ads hit and the general public made aware of APPLE doing business with Go800 via the ads, this would be a no no. Maybe as long as the trades are not based on insider info it is ok?

It's all my opinion and my opinion only. Anything I state does NOT constitute a BUY or SELL in any security.
