IMO
If you wait until the funding is closed on QASP and then buy you will pay a much higher pps. It's the calculated risk you play in the pinks.

Holding at .02 and .05 or higher is a hugh difference when it comes to a multiplier effect. Of course at some level the risker is higher too.
