Thanks Holdm and everyone who petitioned to let me out. I truly appreciate it.

To let you all know tracker has been very sick. He's still with us as well.

I believe this final approval is what everyone needed to see. Although it isn't a contract it is the nail in the coffin for this contract to come through within the next month. Speaking with my friend whom translated it he said it is 100% legitimate.

I believe the one thing that I have seen we should try to push for is to have Benham or SAIC step up and mention they are very proud to introduce the contract (Benham is actually helping build the infrastructure,, that's why the final approval is so specific, i wouldn't worry about that part as it's benham's job to represent that; our portion is having 10% within our results).

In regards to further testing this is not the case. The testing will occur with the infrastructure building. They will start to build the CCTC's portion at a smaller scale and once it's proven it works in the "real world" (Not just simulation) they will continue to build it across this 150 million ton plant.

Every word that doug has said about the contract itself is and has been legitimate everyone. The fact that he was screwed up BW and fortune is unfortunate; but it doesn't negate the fact that we have the more important part: contracts coming through.

I propose this: if you all talk to CJ or Doug: request that SAIC or Benham step up. Further, please call Curt Collice and ask him to follow up as the final contract should be coming through. I have spoken with him myself. He's a very nice man.

I will be in Italy for a week with little access to internet. I will try to check up once and a while.

Best Regards,

Jason
