Now that is just beautiful- Klepto has actually resorted to the "dog ate my homework" defense! He keeps this up, he may find a contempt charge attached to the landslide of judgements that has buried him. And something tells me that a smarmy, oily, smooth talker would not adjust well to incarceration.

Riccobono has bailed as well? That is it, boys and girls, this baby is toast. No, I do not feel vindicated, nor will I say "I told you so". Regardless of the attacks I've suffered in here for merely writing the truth and sharing my analysis, I understand the pain and shame big longs must be going through, and won't take anything personal. And I am truly sorry for your losses. It is never fun to be left holding the bag (one of my favorite "Dogcat" sayings...)
