I am not in the habit of cutting and pasting posts, but here is one from a poster on RB that seems to know what he is talking about as he seems to speak with some authority and the time frame mentioned might apply to a material event such as a board member change as well as a merger.....as I am KNOTTBERRY smart...I may be off base entirly...
