"The audit is taking much longer than we had hoped. This is mostly because of time constraints on myself. The good news is I have hired a Controller. His background is in audit. Two weeks we met with the accounting firm that is producing our GAAP financials and footnotes. They have return to us the financials and these have been turned over to the audit firm. The audit firm is putting together an estimate of when they will complete the audit; they will be sending the schedule to us this week."

Bullshit!!!!! Steve is a liar!! Ive been hearing shit like this for 2 years!
