I am for the merge or a buyout of GOTV, but I do not like the idea of them separating and trading as their own entity. ATNP's PPS is tied 100% to GOTV and with the separation will gaurantee a drop in pps to 0.0001. The subsidiary will trade better than the parent company. Someone had mentioned something about providing a 1 for 1 divi (maybe I might accept a 2 for 1)in GOTV. That would be the only way I would accept the separation. Give us EQUAL stake in GOTV that we currently have now in ATNP.
The CEO has all his money invested in GOTV at the moment so I am concerned where his loyalties lie. At this point he wants GOTV to be a success and will be uneffected if ATNP bottoms out. His interest is to get them selling publicly so he can cash in his chips and that may be the ONLY reason. We know how he is going to vote in that board meeting and I am not sure how many votes they will even need to win that decision
