I don't think it matters what they do now Charlie, whether the deal was real or not the plan backfired. If this deal was real they didn't think it through to well. Rothman knows how these scams take shape and he played it exactly like all the other ones. The first thing I would of done if it was legit was to find different steps to take in order to increase the PPS so it didn't follow in every other path that all of the buyout scams down here do.
Think about it, if you had a deal on the table that was legit wouldn't you have approached it in a different manner instead of following the same old path causing great skepticism from the get go, which is exactly what happened here.
The mistake they made was not utilizing the subsidy, whether it be real or not it would of looked like they were getting a fresh start.
They had options that they didn't utilize, the perfect plan would of been to merge into the subsidy and change the symbol and then pull off the scam.
Thats what got me to thinking this might be real, because they totally pushed aside United Power Solar. If this was a scam why not use UPS to your advantage, not once was it ever mentioned in any of this.
