Think about it, if you had a deal on the table that was legit wouldn't you have approached it in a different manner instead of following the same old path causing great skepticism from the get go, which is exactly what happened here.
The mistake they made was not utilizing the subsidy, whether it be real or not it would of looked like they were getting a fresh start.
They had options that they didn't utilize, the perfect plan would of been to merge into the subsidy and change the symbol and then pull off the scam.
Thats what got me to thinking this might be real, because they totally pushed aside United Power Solar. If this was a scam why not use UPS to your advantage, not once was it ever mentioned in any of this.
