I suggest caution here. The word "promise" was never used by HQ.
To ratchet up an expressed desire/willingness/expectation to "Release test results ASAP" to "I promise" does a huge disservice to everyone, most of all the person who did the ratcheting.

Dr. Seymour does not operate in a void. He is not master of all he surveys. He has partners in and out of the company, general market conditions and the scientific process itself and, just to make the game that much more interesting, very strict rules imposed by the SEC.

IMO he is doing a fantastic job of communicating as much as he can with us WHILE serving those aforementioned influences.

It's a very delicate balancing act, and I believe we need to keep that in mind and not compound the situation by putting words in his mouth that were never spoken. If only for one's own sake.
