Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of negative things going on for this company.

Dilution - negative
High expenses - negative
CEO not addressing concerns about pps to shareholders - negative
Investor frustration about no communication about Luxor - negative
R/S late 2009 - negative


I'm completely aware and prepared to lose every dime I have put into ARTS. This is just the belly of the beast when dealing with pennies. To me, the potential reward on this play outweighs the risk because I they have a lot going for them in the pipeline.

I like to live by a rule I heard long ago....buy when everyone else is scared
