Part of the deal was... "Yamani will receive royalties from the game sales and stock of less than 10% in the company for the investment". Since the A/S was 1.5BN and the O/S was 1.26BN SDVI could have easily paid the roughly 150MM in stock without raising the A/S. Unless, of course, SDVI had already capped out the A/S since the last unaudited report (hence why there hasn't been a Q1 report), then you would be correct.
