These buyouts in pink world are always very questionable and rarely go through. Now they are throwing a caveat emptor into the mix....

PR's indicated that the seller thinks there is more value. I think its a 99 to 1 that the buyout is not going through. The payout if it does go, would make a lot of happy rich people in here.
