CEO Chris sold all if not most his ATNP to invest in GOTV. He probably wants them to go public so he can trade his shares and cash in.

I am wondering where his loyalties lie if he separates the companies. I think it is in our best interest they stay together. We need a merge or buyout, not a separation.
