I am basing "inked" from the news report, and I remember Rooney confirming this from someone's email.

I just want to know what has been inked. To me it can mean anything and (nothing or everything).

I do not remember what the Good Thru Date is on the 10-Q, but they may have an inking of a (potential?) partnership after that date.
