Compass Acquisition Corporation ("we", "us", "our", the "Company" or "Compass") was organized under the laws of the Cayman Islands on September 27, 2006. Since inception, we have been engaged in organizational efforts. We are a blank check development stage company formed for the purpose of acquiring, through a stock exchange, asset acquisition or similar business combination an operating business. We have not conducted negotiations or entered into a letter of intent concerning any target business. Plan of Operation We do not currently engage in any business activities that generate revenue and do not expect to generate revenue until such time as we have successfully completed a business combination. Our operations will consist entirely of identifying, investigating and conducting due diligence on potential businesses for acquisition, none of which will generate revenues.
