Because Sunrise Consulting actually does have solar contacts in the USA and if the buyer has bought billions at .0001, then its relatively cheap for them to buy this.

Also, the buyer may be worth more than a 65 mil cap, which is what this would be at .0040.

If it is Sunrsie Solartech of China as the buyer, they project 10 mil net earnings in 2010, thats about a 200 mil cap here in pinky land...or a PPS of .015
